
Teri Sundh

Ms. Sundh has over fifteen years experience in executive management and brings a vast array of strategic abilities and out of the box thinking. She started her management career with ten years at Franklin Covey where she became the companies youngest Vice President. After Franklin Covey, she ventured out as an entrepreneur and has had a long history of successful start-ups that span across diverse industries. Previous to NextFit, Ms. Sundh co-founded and served as CEO of NextFitness, Inc. from January 2005 until March of 2009, where she helped create the world’s first personalized audio fitness system. Ms. Sundh’s extensive business history has allowed her to perfect the ability to create and put together win-win relationships. She has negotiated alliances with companies such as Xerox, Disney, IBM, Merrill Lynch, Coca-Cola, Nike, AT&T, Walmart.com, iVillage, Microsoft HealthVault and the National Chamber of Commerce. In 2008, Ms. Sundh was honored as one of “30 Women to Watch” by Utah Business magazine.
Robert Reitz
Mr. Reitz started in the network marketing industry in 1997. His thirteen years of experience in the industry bring a broad understanding of distributor commissions, finance, accounting, payroll, reporting, IT and human resources. He is fluent in Japanese and opened the Japanese market for a former Network Marketing company as well as assisted in expanding into markets in Asia, Europe and the Americas. Mr. Reitz has worked for Unicity, Tahitian Noni International and ForeverGreen. Mr. Reitz also has public company and SEC reporting experience. Mr. Reitz has a dual major from Brigham Young University in Economics & Japanese and an MBA from the New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
Kelly Thayer
Mr. Thayer brings more than twenty-eight years of executive and entrepreneurial experience to NextFit. As the founder and CEO of Clear Image, Inc. (1981 to 1998), he worked with over two hundred direct sales companies including: Sunrider, Melaleuca, Shaprite, 4Life, Reliv, Tupperware, Herbalife, Rexall, Jaffra, NuSkin, Bodywise, Avon and others to produce more than seven hundred marketing films and videos. In June of 1992, Mr. Thayer was named “Service Entrepreneur of the Year” by Ernst & Young, Merrill Lynch and Inc. Magazine for the Rocky Mountain region. In November of 1993, he was on the cover of INC. Magazine. In October of 1993 Mr. Thayer was also Featured as one of their “40 under 40” stories in Entrepreneur Magazine. Mr. Thayer was also the Founding Distributor of Rexall Showcase International when he helped launch that company in 1991. His ability to attract leadership to that company took sales to over $17 million a month. Rexall Showcase International was sold to Royal Numico in June 2000 for $1.8 billion. In 2002, Mr. Thayer built his own group of Network Marketing leaders with a company called Pharmanex and successfully continued until 2007 when he sold his position in the company. Kelly’s passion and ability to create entrepreneurial opportunities for others and his background of success in building relationships make him an invaluable asset for NextFit.
